HOW DO YOU MAKE APPOINTMENTS? 

Advance booking prior to your arrival is recommended. Please call (650) 997-0100 to reserve your preferred date and time treatment. We take walk-ins depending on availability.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? 
Should you cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance. This gives us ample time to book other clients that would love to take the spot. We will charge 100% of the cost of the massage for same day cancellations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that do not follow our cancellation policy.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Apple Pay. We prefer your therapist's tip in Cash and for your convenience we also have an ATM on site.


WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS AND WHAT TIME IS THE LAST APPOINTMENT?

We are currently open from 9:30am to 8:00pm everyday. We accept the last booking at no later than 7 pm at the moment. We plan to extend our hours in the near future.


ARE YOUR THERAPISTS CERTIFIED?

Yes. All of our therapists completed 500 hours of training and certified by CAMTC, and have 5+ years of experience.

DO YOU TAKE FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT OR HEALTH SPENDING ACCOUNT AS A FORM OF PAYMENT?

Yes. We accept FSA and HSA as a form of payment.
 
HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP?

The amount of the tip is entirely up to the customer. Average tip is around $20 for one hour massage.


WHAT PROPER CLOTHING SHOULD I WEAR DURING MY TREATMENT?

You can wear anything comfortable. We provide a massage sheet to cover your body during massage, and a massage gown if you ask.


WHERE DO I PARK?

We have plenty of parking in our private lot just for our customers.


HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY HEALTH IS NOT AT STAKE DURING MY TREATMENT?

Our spa promotes for our clients Good Health, so rest assured that our therapists are experts and professionals. But kindly advise us regarding your health situation or any medical complications and please ask the recommendation of your doctor before signing up for any spa service to avoid health complications.


 DO YOU OFFER COUPLES MASSAGE?

Yes. Please let us know when you book to reserve the couple's room.


DO YOU OFFER PRENATAL MASSAGE?

​Yes. Just be sure to let us know before the session you are expecting. You must be at least in your second trimester for you to get a massage.
